Fever with rash is one of the most common problems encountered by practicing pediatricians. As the clinical features are shared by many conditions diagnosis may not be easy and management may be delayed in many cases.  Few of these entities which are eminently manageable, progresses fast so that therapeutic window is crossed by the time of diagnosis is established.
