Six year old boy brought with nasal regurgitation of fluids and nasal twang to voice since three days.
Previously normal child went to sleep normally and when he woke up mother noticed the voice change and the nasal regurgitation of fluid while he was taking breakfast.

കാണാൻ ഭംഗിയുള്ള എന്തും നമ്മളുടെ കണ്ണുകളിൽ ഉടക്കും .അതൊന്നു കൈകൊണ്ടു തൊട്ടു നോക്കാൻ , ഒന്ന് തലോടാൻ, കൈകളിൽ ഇട്ടമ്മാനമാടാൻ. തീരെ ചെറിയ കുട്ടികൾ ആണെങ്കിൽ നേരെ വായിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ട് പോവും . കാഴ്ചയിൽ നമ്മുടെ മനം കവരുന്ന വസ്തുക്കൾ ,ജീവൻ ഉള്ളവയും ഇല്ലാത്തവയും നമുക്ക് സമ്മാനിക്കുന്ന അനുഭവങ്ങൾ എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും സുഖകരം ആയിക്കൊള്ളണം എന്നില്ല . എന്താണാവോ പ്രകൃതി ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പറ്റിപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത് . സ്വഭാവം കൊള്ളാത്തതിനെയും ഇത്തിരി വിഷം ഉള്ളതിനേയും ഒക്കെ വികൃത രൂപത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കി വെച്ചിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നമ്മൾ തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കാതെ പോയേനെ.നമ്മളിൽ പലരും രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടേനെ . എണ്ണി പറയാനും അടുക്കി പെറുക്കി പറയാനും ആണെങ്കിൽ ഒരു പാടുണ്ട്. അതൊന്നുമല്ല കടന്നു വന്ന വഴികളിൽ എപ്പോഴൊക്കെയോ കണ്ട കാഴ്ചകൾ ,അനുഭവങ്ങൾ അവ മനസ്സിനേൽപ്പിച്ച നോവുകൾ /സന്തോഷങ്ങളും .അവയിലെല്ലാം മേലെ അവയിൽ നിന്ന് പഠിച്ച പാഠങ്ങൾ ആണിവിടെ പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നത് . കുട്ടിയായിരിക്കുമ്പോ വാരിക്കളിച്ച നിറങ്ങളിൽ ഓർമ്മയിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നത് മഞ്ചാടി മണികൾ ആണ് .കൈയ്യിൽ ഒളിപ്പിച്ചു ഒറ്റയും ഇരട്ടയും കളിച്ച , കൈവെള്ളയിൽ വാരിയെടുത്തു നിലത്തു തൂവിയ ചോരത്തുള്ളികൾ . കുട്ടിക്ക
